プライバシーポリシー

はじめに

PloT（以下「本サービス」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、当社が収集する情報とその利用方法について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

アカウント情報

Googleでログインする場合、Googleアカウントのメールアドレスおよびプロフィール情報（名前・アイコン画像）を取得します。ゲストログインの場合は、匿名のユーザーIDのみ生成されます。

位置情報

ピンの投稿・近くのピン表示のため、デバイスの位置情報を取得します。位置情報の取得はユーザーが明示的に許可した場合のみ行われます。

投稿コンテンツ

ユーザーが投稿したメッセージ（ピン）および絵文字リアクションを収集・保存します。

利用データ

アプリの利用状況（起動回数、操作ログ等）をサービス改善のため収集する場合があります。

2. 情報の利用目的

• 本サービスの提供・維持・改善
• ユーザーサポートへの対応
• 不正利用の検知・防止
• 利用統計・分析（個人を特定しない形式）

3. 第三者への提供

当社は以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

• ユーザーの同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく開示が必要な場合
• 生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合

4. 利用する外部サービス

Firebase（Google LLC）

認証・データベース・ストレージとして Firebase を利用しています。Firebase のプライバシーポリシーについては Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

Google Maps Platform

地図表示に Google Maps Platform を利用しています。

Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）

広告配信に Google Mobile Ads SDK を利用しています。広告の表示に際して、デバイス識別子等が使用される場合があります。

5. 位置情報の取り扱い

取得した位置情報はピンの投稿位置・近傍検索にのみ使用します。位置情報はサーバーに保存されますが、他のユーザーには投稿地点の座標のみ公開されます。位置情報の利用許可はデバイスの設定からいつでも変更できます。

6. データの保存・セキュリティ

データは Firebase（Google Cloud）のサーバーに保存されます。当社は適切なセキュリティ対策を講じていますが、インターネット上の完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。

7. データの削除

アカウントの削除を希望する場合は、アプリ内の設定またはお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。削除後、アカウントに紐づく個人情報は合理的な期間内に削除されます。

Privacy Policy

Introduction

PloT (hereinafter "the Service") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When signing in with Google, we collect your Google account email address and profile information (name and profile picture). Guest sign-in generates only an anonymous user ID.

Location Data

We collect device location data to post pins and display nearby pins. Location data is only collected with explicit user permission.

Posted Content

We collect and store messages (pins) and emoji reactions posted by users.

Usage Data

We may collect app usage data (launch count, operation logs, etc.) for service improvement purposes.

2. How We Use Information

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
• Responding to user support requests
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent use
• Usage statistics and analysis (non-personally identifiable form)

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not provide users' personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

• With user consent
• When legally required to disclose
• When necessary to protect life, body, or property

Firebase (Google LLC)

We use Firebase for authentication, database, and storage. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for Firebase's privacy policy.

Google Maps Platform

We use Google Maps Platform for map display.

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

We use Google Mobile Ads SDK for ad delivery. Device identifiers may be used during ad display.

5. Handling of Location Data

Collected location data is used only for pin posting location and nearby searches. Location data is stored on our servers, but only the coordinates of the posting location are made public to other users. Location permission can be changed at any time from device settings.

6. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. We take appropriate security measures; however, we cannot guarantee complete security over the Internet.

7. Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us via in-app settings or the email below. After deletion, personal information associated with your account will be deleted within a reasonable period.
